An ASTIC initiative
The Association of International Road Transport (A.S.T.I.C.), comprised of the most prestigious Spanish international passenger and freight transport companies, is the oldest carrier organisation in Spain.
Its extensive experience defending and representing the interests of international road transport is endorsed by its membership to the most prominent international road transport organisations, its active role in the negotiation of international agreements affecting the industry and its relationships with counterpart organisations in other countries.
This enables it to offer its 341 member companies, which total a fleet of over 10,000 vehicles, its experience and know-how to solve problems arising in international road transport and a wide range of services aimed at improving their positioning in the competitive transport industry.
This orientation to service has consequently driven ASTIC to create a Foundation, Fundación Francisco Corell, as a tribute and in recognition of the work carried out in favour of international road transport by one of its most representative chairmen.
The first Foundation dedicated to the promotion and development of international road transport, and concerned about safety and respect for the environment in this means of transport, will provide its services to society at large.
